Yes, the rumors are true:  the Gallery at Green Street is closing > to become Axiom. There will be one last event to celebrate the amazing run of this establishment, the 150 x 150 MAD DASH, where 150 works of art are donated by established and up-and-coming artists to be sold for $150.

 

(artist/donation) Drop off times:
December 13th (Wednesday) 6:00pm-9:00pm

December 14th (Thursday) 6:00pm-9:00pm

December 15th (Friday) 12:00pm-5:00pm

 

The Mad Dash will take place on December 16th at 5pm, and will be the last official event of the Green Street Gallery.  

There will be a reception for gallery director James Hull and Green Street Gallery to follow at 6pm, as well as a toast to incoming Axiom Gallery folk.  Many of us dedicated Green Street artists are madly organizing this last Mad Dash.  All you have to do is show up, buy something, and then enjoy the party!
There will be a viewing of this amazing line up of work from 2:00 to 4:30pm on December 16th.  

Then the doors will be locked and reopened at 5pm to beginthe mayhem!

Don't be one of those people who say "Yeah, I should have gone and bought
that beautiful piece of art to benefit such an excellent art gallery, but I was watching a rerun of Love Boat instead."  Don't let that be you!
