The easy way to use these files in your iPod is to click on the arrow pointing down in the bottom right corner of the quicktime player on the green street web page. This should allow you to choose the "save as source" option and then save the file to your desktop. Open iTunes and then just drag this file into your library > that is all it takes! Then attach your iPod and select this file and add it to your iPod's library, and you are done.
